Mededeling(en):

Last round Open NK: winner knock-out finale (with LG barrage) gets 6 bonuspoints, loser gets 3 bonuspoints.
So: Virtual result (for standings) Machtelinck - Chizhov 4 - 7. Real result (for rating and regular game) 1-1.

For the Open Tournament: A victory gives 2 points and a draw 1 point. After 6 rounds, the best 8 players of the ranking will be selected. For round 7 these 8 will play against each other in a knock-out system to qualify for the 2016 Masters Group (see below). The number 1 of the list can chose his opponent from the remaining players and after that the next highest ranked not yet picked player can chose until all 4 games are paired. Then the rest of the tournament will also be paired. When a game in the ‘knock-out group’ results in a draw, a LG-tiebreak will be played with colors alternating from the normal game. The time schedule for the LG-tiebreak is 5 minutes plus 3 seconds for every move. When a game ends in a draw the clock will be stopped, followed immediately by a new game with the time left on the clock until a winner is known. In case after 4 games there is still no winner the clock will be resumed without added time. The LG-tiebreak of each round will be played within 15 minutes after the last official game of this round has finished. After the first knock-out round, the 4 players for the Masters Group of 2016 are selected and the remaining 4 will be paired as ‘normal’ for the next round. All players will be registered in the swiss system with the result of the regular game. The 4 qualified players will then pair each other again where the highest ranked remaining player at start of the round can chose his opponent. In the final of this knock-out group, the winner will get 6 bonus points and the loser will get 3 bonus points. The number 5 for the master group will be selected by the organization; see below for more detailed description.
