The management of Tournamentbase.
To add data or correct data in Tournamentbase you have to log in. The users have diversal rights in layers.
When you want an account of Toernooibase or upgrading rights, you have to contact the above-signed.
Here below an explanation on the several user functions.
Moderator Provincial administrator Club administrator Tournament administrator
Common users
Moderator
The moderator can do everything. What is reserved specifically to him:
- to block users (users, who carry out unlawful action and as a result are refused)
- appointing provincial administrators, club administrators and tournament adminstrators (the intention is that a provincial gameleader becomes provincial administrator)
- managing the class c.q category names (to prevent proliferation)
- add and modifying provinces
- add and modifying seasons
- add types of tournament by name (moyenne etc.)
- add the tempo names (rapid, blitz etc.)
- add result possibilities (new 'Delftse' alternatives for example)
- add levels (national, provincial, club etc.)
- add new rating lists and management of the rating module (still in development) top
Provincial administrator..
The provincial administrator can do less. At provincial level he can do:
- insert, correct and removing tournaments
- insert, correct and removing game programme and results
- insert, correct and removing clubs
- insert, correct and removing teams
- insert, correct and removing players top
Club administrator.
The club administrator can do the following at club level:
- insert, correct and removing tournaments
- insert, correct and removing game programme and results
- insert, correct and removing teams
- insert, correct and removing players top
Tournament administrator.
The tournament administrator has the following rights concerning the assigned tournament:
- insert, correct and removing game programme and results
- insert, correct and removing teams
- insert, correct and removing players top
Common users.
All (common) users are authorised to insert and correct results on existing tournaments.
Besides they can insert games (applets).
With this hierarchical structure I hope that everything will remain clear (and easy). Everything depends on the fact that users insert data adequately, carefully and correct. If there are still questions, then you always can get in touch with the moderator.
