Normally, one tries to keep 47 (or 4) in place for as long as possible. But 15. 41-37 was prohibited by 15-20. 48-42 did not feel comfortable for the same reason. I did not want to break up the strong position in the double corner, so 43-39 seems logical (to be followed by 48-43 and you have a nice threat with 45-40, the 'hook'. But 43-39 loses a piece with 6-11 (26x17, also a 'hook'), 12x32, 31x33) and 24-30, 35x24, 14x23.

A propos , er zijn nu 3 x 14 = 42 wedstrijden gespeeld.
Daarvan eindigden er...... 42 in een beslissing !
