On 63, white was obliged to play with one of the pieces (the king has moved three times) but nevertheless missed the winning 39-34.  

68. ... 12-01 is the third move with the king again, so now he has to sacrifice his piece. After 12-50 he could have made a draw quite easily: white cannot move the king because of 30-34 and after 28-22 the same move makes a draw. White does not have any alternative, because sacrificing a piece would probably result in a victory for black: after the capture, black moves back to 45 and white cannot stop the piece any more.
