Bedankt Hanco voor het mooie citaat van Orwell. Deze dam op bezet veld had ik gezien en ik dacht, daar trap ik niet in. Had ik eventjes de overblijvende stand op mij in laten werken, ik zou de damafname gezien hebben. Ik denk te snel dat mijn tegenstander het wel goed gezien moet hebben, maar zelfs de beste goochelaar laat nog wel eens een balletje vallen. Als zwart 37.5x23 sloeg, kan ik me dat wel voorstellen. Dat was immers in zijn voordeel. Als ik wit was geweest, had ik liever zelf geslagen. En dan wel reglementair.
